Mailcow: Changes to Email Alias Forwarding

To improve email deliverability, we will restrict email aliases from forwarding messages to external domains.

Why this change?

Forwarding emails to external providers can cause authentication issues (particularly SPF), resulting in messages being rejected or classified as spam.

What does this mean?

  • Existing aliases will continue to work as usual, unless modified.
  • Forwarding to locally hosted domains remains unaffected.
  • Creating or modifying aliases to forward to external domains will be restricted.
  • External forwarding will remain possible through an alternative method.

New Cockpit Version: SSH-Key Managment & Mobile optimizations

Features

  • Add your SSH Keys to your Profile under User -> SSH Keys
  • Create an SSH Access Key for the entire server (Server -> Access control) or for a specific website (Website details)
  • See the puppet status of each server in the server list
  • Added a breadcrumb which shows where you are and allows you to navigate to parent pages
  • Display puppet status in breadcrumb

Bug fixes

  • CSV did not show all entries when a field had a special character
  • Copy and paste an url with a customer id did not select that customer
  • When there was an error updating a dns zone, the serial number got removed and therefore even a correct dns zone could not be saved
