When creating a new Server, the Nutanix API is called to create the new server
Display customers networks in Customer / Networks tab

Bugs

If credit limit is exceeded only performance settings can not be changed
When creating a new network it could happen that the network was already full
Handle EPP renew messages for .de domains
Notifications are only sent to notification contacts and not emergency contacts
