Cockpit: Version 1.5.3

#393 [FEATURE] extend Terraform integration
#394 [ANNOUNCEMENT] we plan to finally enable Terraform in our November release. Due to technical restrictions, automated server creation and changing of resources will only be possible for generation 6 servers. Therefore, creating generation 5 servers will be disabled in our cockpit but will still be possible on request.
