The versions 11.5.12 LTS and 10.4.30 LTS of the TYPO3 Enterprise Content Management System have just been released.
These versions are maintenance releases and contain bug fixes only.
These releases aim to address a regression for projects not having configured any system maintainers or using the development application context.
