We were notified that changes to DNS-Zones performed in our Cockpit are propagated and therefore don't have an effect. After initial assessment of this issue, we could narrow down the issue and are trying to get things going again together with our upstream-provider.
In case you have to perform urgent DNS-Changes and they are saved in the cockpit, but the changes don't make it to the public authoritiative nameservers we operate: We have a workaround and can force-update your zone. Please let us know by mail at team@opsone.ch

- 2026-08-28 09:55 we've escalated this to our upstream-provider
- 2026-08-28 11:00 we have a working work-around for single DNS-Zones
- 2026-08-28 13:15 we're still investigating with our upstream-provider
- 2026-08-28 13:55 the problem could be resolved, we're still keeping an eye on it and perform further testing
- 2026-08-28 14:30 source of the disruption could be identified, we close this as resolved
