Added a breadcrumb which shows where you are and allows you to navigate to parent pages

Bug fixes

CSV did not show all entries when a field had a special character
Copy and paste an url with a customer id did not select that customer
When there was an error updating a dns zone, the serial number got removed and therefore even a correct dns zone could not be saved
