Version 5 Docker Daemon Restart

Today, we added localhost,127.0.0.1,::1 to any configured no_proxy settings to simplify the behaviour while using tools like curl to connect to local resources.

While this does not directly affect most services in production, Docker was restarted automatically by our automation software as a result of this change. Therefore, any Docker container running will be restarted between 13:00 and 14:00.

We only recognized this after it was already to late and apologize for this mistake. We will make sure that this will not happen again by adding this particular case to our test cases.

Managed Server Version 5: add option to deactivate type related cronjobs

For certain types, we add type related cronjobs recommended by the corresponding vendor to each website accourding our documentation. By now, it was not possible to alter or disable those jobs at all. With this change, we introduce the type_cronjob option. By setting this to false manually, you can disable type related cronjobs for good.

Managed Server Version 5: puppet-disable/puppet-enable shortcut

In certain situations, for example while changing a lot of things dependent on each other, it makes sense to skip automatic Puppet runs for such changes. To accomplish this, we introduced the new puppet-disable and puppet-enable shortcuts you can use while logged in as devop user.
