Managed Server Version 7: MySQL Binary Logging is Now Disabled by Default

For compatibility reasons we have decided to disable MySQL Binary Logging by default. Existing servers are not affected. If you want to enable binary logging on new servers, this is still possible. See documentation for more information (the configuration can also be done in the common configuration).
