Managed Server Version 7: Magento 2 Website Type: Load Sodium PHP extension by default

As of Magento 2.3.2, the PHP extension Sodium is required to provide secure encryption mechanisms. Until now, you had to load the Sodium extension manually when required. With this change, Sodium will be loaded into the PHP process by default on all Magento 2/PHP 7.4 websites.
