Update Docker, scheduled 4 years ago

We will update Docker to the 20.10.5. Please make sure your containers are starting automatically, as we have to restart the Docker daemon to complete this update.

This is a subsequent announcement after Monday, 08/03/2021, as not all required parts where fully updated during the last maintenance window (containerd will be updated from 1.4.3-1 to 1.4.4-1).
